This is one of the rarest sparkling wines in the world, comprised of a blend of Xarel-lo and Bastard Negre from 80 year old vineyards in the heart of Penedes, Spain, farmed totally in keeping with biodynamic practices. Limited to less than 2500 bottles, this sparkling spends a totla of 100months on its lees before release.
