Garden Swift Gin 500ml

To receive the commendation of Spirit of the Year, held above all the wonderful spirits made by our friends and colleagues, is an achievement only a few can reach. From the humble setting of a converted greenhouse, a quite extraordinary spirit emerges in the form of Garden Swift, holder of this much sought accolade. Born from years of producing exquisite eaux de vie, our distiller Barney Wilczak, set forth to capture the essence of myriad botanicals to create a gin that reflected both the complexity and balance found in the finest eaux de vie. This led to a beautifully balanced and complex cuvée of 34 botanicals. From native flowers, our homegrown herbs, thousands of kilos of organic blood oranges zested seasonally on site, through to the layers of spice that add structure beneath floral high notes. Organic blood orange, flowers, spice, drying resins and sweetness fill the mouth. Rich and unbelievably complex, it transcends expectations of a gin.
